I focus on 4 main areas: Health and Fitness, Positivity, Confidence and Motivation; all of these areas interlink in some way.  Expect complete honesty and bluntness, as my 30 year military career did not encourage me to be pink and fluffy!  If you want to move forward with your life and achieve great things with realistic guidance, I can help.

Life coaching sessions will last 60 minutes and can be conducted via a number of means: over the phone, face to face, email, Skype, Facetime etc.  Pretty much, whatever your comfortable with.

During the session, I will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to get out of life, describe areas of your life you aren’t happy with and share your worries, as well as your goals and dreams.  Once I know these things, we can work out how to move forward.  No waffle, just tools to improve your life and of course, good honest guidance!

All coaches are different and the relationship between us, is extremely important.  We need to connect and you need to trust me, in order to get the bare facts on the table.  The 1 hour free introductory session will establish if we can work together.  If we don’t connect or feel like we can’t progress, there is no further commitment.

Each 1 hour session is £100. Discounts are available for packages.

As for justifying the cost, how many times have you splashed out on something thinking it will bring you happiness? Maybe a new car, a holiday or item of clothing?  It may have felt fulfilling at the time and for a short while after, but I bet that feeling didn’t last?  Life coaching can provide you with the tools and ability to have a full and happy life, achieving things you never thought possible.  That is money well spent in my eyes!
