Motivation requires an action to change something, the desire to want to achieve something, and the determination to see it through. There are times when the mind, body and spirit, simply cannot go on. Motivation can be developed, it can be harnessed and it can be improved upon. Others can motivate you, events can motivate you but ultimately YOU have to motivate YOURSELF. As your life coach, I can give you the tools to improve your self motivation and set realistic, achievable targets. I can teach you ways of motivating yourself and also how to motivate others.
My life coaching motivation programme will:

During our first session, I will explore the type of person you are, what activities interest you and what motivates you. I will then tailor a programme targeting your specific needs, to gain optimum results.
