Health and Fitness is a combination of nutrition and diet, lifestyle, stress management, emotional wellbeing, exercise, mental well being, happiness and sleep. I believe that Health, Fitness and Nutrition, firmly underpin all of the other coaching areas that I deal with (Motivation, Confidence and Positivity). I also fully appreciate the different challenges and situations that people face regarding their own personal Health, Fitness and Nutrition levels. In time and with a specifically tailored and designed programme, I know I can make a difference in your life. My life coaching health and fitness programme will:
- Assess your current lifestyle and diet.
- Set realistic targets and goals.
- Create a tailored fitness / nutrition programme to achieve your goals.
- Help you to understand the energy drains in your life and how to deal with them.
- Learning to step outside of your comfort zone by participating in challenging activities.
- Learn how to create routines and stick to them.
During our first session, I will begin by finding out what your current levels of Health and Fitness are and understand where you want to see an improvement. I will then use this information to tailor a programme, specific to you and your needs.
Change from feeling lethargic, inactive and stagnant, to fit, healthy and content. There is no quick fix, it takes time and a fine tuning method created and tailored for you, to gain the very best results.
