POSITIVITY

Everybody possesses positivity and optimism, the trick is working out how to overcome the negativity and pessimism, that can sometimes overwhelm us.

Here are 7 top tips to help improve your positivity:

1. Surround yourself with positive people – We all know that being around positive people immediately improves our lives, makes us laugh and allows us to enjoy living, so much more. Get rid of negative influences in your life, its too short.

2. Be grateful for what you do have, not what you don’t have – Remind yourself of those things in your life that you really appreciate and don’t take them for granted.

3. Do things that make you happy – Life is too short to be unhappy. Happiness creates positivity and vice versa.

4. Set yourself challenges each day, no matter how big or small – this could be anything from running an extra mile on your work out, not eating chocolate when you really want it, or getting away from your desk every couple of hours for a break.

5. Beat negativity with positive thoughts – always try and see the positive in everything that you do, no matter how hard it may seem.

6. Help bring positivity into someone else’s life – Do something nice for somebody you love and care about.

7. Smile – a lot, it’s infectious and radiates confidence. A smile costs nothing, but means so much.
